No, you do not need to set-up an account with us, but we do highly recommend it so you can follow your order, track it and collect FREE loyalty points with each purchase that you later can use with us and our websites.

Where do I see my order status and tracking?
To check your order status, head to your account page and then click “My Orders” and you’ll see the status and the orders you have placed. For tracking, you will receive an automatic email (and SMS for DHL shipments) with the tracking details so you can follow your order to your doorstep accordingly.
By Standard international Mail, we will send you an automatic email with tracking details and link for tracking.
Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?
Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.
I am between sizes. What size do you recommend?

Yes! We’ll make it easy for you, we ship to all locations and countries worldwide. And not just that, we also offer a flat rate fee of only $17 per shipment by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. Sweet deal, right? You’ll have your order delivered within 5 days usually.
If you’re ordering for over $150 USD we cover the cost of shipping by DHL Express Worldwide completely for you.
If you're in no rush of getting the package, we also ship by Standard International Mail for $11 FLAT RATE per order. It takes usually between 10-23 business days worldwide. The service is still trackable worldwide.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We Offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $100 Worldwide, sweet deal, right?
Due to the large amount of orders we’re dispatching daily, we get awesome rates with DHL who we have partnered with for deliveries and shipments worldwide.
We only charge a flat rate fee per order of $17 by DHL Express Worldwide (2-5 business days worldwide)
We also ship by Standard International Mail for $11 FLAT RATE per order. It takes usually between 10-20 business days worldwide.
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Why do you only charge $17 per shipment flat rate with DHL Express worldwide, when other companies charge at least $30 per shipment?
We do not think it's fair to charge any excessive or additional handling fee like many other companies do! We believe in a fair and just shopping experience for you and we never (ever) make any profit on shipping and the cost of such. We believe it’s one of many ways to say THANK YOU for your continued support of Khongboon and our products.
My order status is still ‘order processing’ or "Payment Pending" when will it be shipped?
If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. We usually process and ship each order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and excludes the time it takes for us to package your order. You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Yes, however, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international returns, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable for standard returns. If any items somehow would arrive damaged or you experienced an error with your order; please contact a customer service representative and they will immediately assist you.
There are no additional shipping charges for back ordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items ship via Standard International Shipping and Khongboon Group Ltd cover any (and ALL) additional costs involved.

If you like an item, but you realize that you selected the wrong size, color (or style/design), you get 30 days to send it back and swap it out for a different size, color or style/design at no additional cost or a full store credit of the order amount. Sweet deal, right?

Can I transfer my Khongboon loyalty points to a friend?
Yes! Sharing is easy. Enter your friend's email and the points amount which you want to transfer.
If your friend’s account has already existed on our website, your points will be transferred to his account immediately.
If the email that you enter does not exist on this store, a notification email will be sent to that email. This transfer will be canceled after 30 days if your friend does not create an account on this store.
Your transferred points cannot exceed 100 Points each time.
